£45,000 to £55000 Basic Salary depending on experience
Plus £8,000 Car allowance

We have a Fantastic, Exciting, and challenging NEW opportunity for technically-minded, ambitious, and progressive Building services engineers looking to change their careers. We are working on behalf of one of the UK’s Leading Engineering Consultancies Organisations which is expanding their Senior Engineering advisory team and looking for the next rising stars to join them on their amazing journey.
This position is perfect for individuals who come from an Electrical or/and Mechanical building services, HVAC engineering operations background and who are looking to move into a more technical in-house consultancy environment, working within multiple sectors such as Commercial blue chip clients, financial and banking organization, real estate managing agents, government organisation and private sector prestigious customers.
Technically minded / Electrically / Mechanically / Air ConditioningHVAC Experienced and knowledgeable. Ambitious and driven and looking to progress.Career-minded and hungry for further training. Articulate both verbally and grammatically. Excellent communicator at all levels Suitable candidates will be expected to conduct the following task (Once experienced)
·Capturing M&E Assets
·Creating Asset registers.
·Attending and conducting building survey reports.
·TM44 Reports
·Managing Project Issues
·Consulting Customers and Clients on Capex
·In Life Cycle recommendations
·Advising Customers on external specialist engineering Tenders
·Compiling Statutory Compliance
·Conducting on-site Surveys
·Delap Reports
·Prepare and Interpret Engineering Reports, drawings, layouts, etc.
·Health And Safety
