Senior Estimator

£90,000 + package
Future Build are currently working alongside an award winning Tier One Main contractor seeking a Senior Estimator to join their Pre Construction department.
This is a great opportunity to join an established an cash rich business who have maintained a steady rate of growth over the past decade, due to this continued growth they are looking for an experienced Estimator to contribute towards their future success.
This business has a diverse portfolio working across a variety of sectors which include Residential, Education, Healthcare, Commercial with these projects being a mixture of New Builds, Refurbishments and Fit Outs. The values of these projects typically range between £10m - £100m +
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the commercial pre-construction process business wide, from PQQ submission, tenderer submission and contract negotiation.
- Manage Client relationships, ensuring report is established and developed with project stakeholders.
- Supply Chain management, consistently seeking new sub-contractors and suppliers as well as building on existing relationships.
- Work closely with Site Teams to ensure effective handovers and lessons learnt captured and actioned.
