As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across both Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid media campaigns. Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with client objectives. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and creative opportunities. Create detailed media plans, including budget allocation, channel selection, and timeline management. Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Optimise campaigns to maximize ROI, including bid management, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments. Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations. Collaborate with clients to refine strategies and set future goals based on performance data. Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages. SEO, content, analytics) to ensure an integrated approach to client campaigns. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and helping them develop their skills.
