The Role:

1. You will be the go-to recruiter in the Education team.
2. You will be a market leader and set an example as a highly experienced recruiter.
3. Implement creative candidate attraction strategies.
4. Provide expert sector knowledge.
5. Organise events and offer market insights.
6. Lead in resolving complex complaints and handle challenging client conversations.
7. Champion the Hoop brand and effectively cross-sell all of the Hoop divisions.

This role requires a high level of expertise, autonomy, and a comprehensive understanding of the sector.

Senior Recruitment Partner

£33 - 40K (OTE 50-70k)
