The role
As a Senior Executive Recruitment Partner, you will be the go-to recruiter in the Education team. You will be a market leader and set an example as a highly experienced recruiter. You will implement creative candidate attraction strategies, provide expert sector knowledge, organize events, and offer market insights. Additionally, you will lead in resolving complex complaints and handle challenging client conversations. You will be a champion of the Hoop brand and have the ability to cross-sell all of the Hoop divisions effectively. This role requires a high level of expertise, autonomy, and a comprehensive understanding of the sector.
Senior Recruitment Partner
£33 - 40K (OTE 50-70k)
Complete Hybrid & Flexible Working
Condensed out-of-term working hours (5 hour days)
23 days + BH (increases by 1 day every year)
Volunteer day

In-house Back Office Team - taking care of compliance, timesheets, payroll queries, and all other administrative tasks
