Job Title: Senior Executive Search Consultant - 360

Falcon Brook is seeking a Senior Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team in London!
The role
You will become an expert in sourcing, headhunting, networking and new business development, whilst providing a high level of service to candidates and clients.
You will use a variety of tools to source candidates and guide them through the interview process.
You will learn how to map out the market and how to attract candidates to our clients, building a network and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the US.
We’re flexible, but we are looking for:
Minimum 1 year experience in a search/business development recruitment role (360)
Exposure to/knowledge of the energy/commodities industry (essential)
Someone who is confident, articulate, and meticulous – (especially on the phone) you’ll be liaising with C-Level clients and senior candidates!
Someone who has high levels of emotional intelligence and common sense.
Someone who is hungry to succeed, driven and determined to learn and progress in their career!
