Job Title: Senior Facades Estimator
Location: East London
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package
Are you an experienced Senior Facades Estimator looking to join an established team in Buckinghamshire? Look no further! We are working with a leading construction company known for their expertise in facades, and they are looking for a skilled professional to help them continue delivering high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Analysis: Review drawings, specifications, and documents to understand the scope of work for projects.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Bid Preparation: Develop and submit bids and proposals for potential projects and assist in negotiating contracts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the team to achieve project goals and address any concerns from clients.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of bids, estimates, and contracts, reporting to project teams when required.
- Support: Provide support to more junior members of the estimating team.
Ideally you will have:
- Extensive experience in estimating within the construction industry, specifically facades.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
