- Working on a new mixed use prestigious development
- Just over 200,000 sq ft in size
- Consists of shops, office space, a bar and residential units
- High end luxury site
- The candidate must have both commercial and residential experience
- Must have at least 5 years experience in a more senior type of role
- Strong understanding of service charges, budgets and contract management
- Must have strong understanding of H&S and sustainability
- Be able to lead a team to oversee the whole site
- Excellent communication skills to deal with all stake holders

- £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
