Senior Facilities Project Manager-Envigo RMS Overview:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting Envigo building related capital projects across all sites but focused on the eastern region. The post holder will provide advice to Site Leads and Maintenance Supervisors on sites for small projects as required, delivering the feasibility studies on build projects and plant replacement strategies, and dealing with the construction phase of new building developments, refurbishment projects and MEP plant replacements. This role will provide leadership to the Facilities Project Management Team to ensure that projects are constructed to the relevant standards, some projects may require other international standards to be met in accordance with agreed standards to ASHRAE and CIBSE.
