Location: SUNBURY

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 DOE

Job Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a part/qualified ACCA candidate to join a fast-growing and leading company. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and strong numeracy and administration skills. SAP accountancy software experience (or similar) is preferred. You will be an integral part of the UK Finance Team working alongside the Management Accountant.

Job Tasks:

1. Responsible for month end closing, preparing full set of accounts and submitting management reports.
2. Daily usage of SAP, enhancing and updating where needed.
3. Management of sales ledger.
4. Maintaining accounts, verifying, and posting transactions.
5. Balancing accounts on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis.
6. Preparing weekly payment run.
7. Liaising with clients, suppliers, banking contacts and headquarters.
8. Managing & filing relevant documentation.
9. Ensure the completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
10. Inventory management, organise quarterly stock take and produce stock analysis and support colleagues to clear ageing stock.
11. Sales performance analysis and reporting.
12. Managing the audit process and liaising with external personnel.
13. Assisting Auditors with year-end statutory accounts.
14. Management of Cashflow.
15. VAT return.
16. Review of PAYE Payroll.

Candidate Requirements:

1. ACCA qualified is preferred and relevant experience is required.
2. Highly computer literate with experience of accounting packages, ideally SAP.
3. Proficiency in Excel e.g. pivot table.
4. Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
5. Solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
6. Excellent communicator, with both internal and external colleagues at all levels.
