Forge Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing FMCG business that specialises in the retail space, working with some household brands. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Finance Manager based in Manchester City Centre to support the Financial Controller in what is a dynamic fast-paced environment. Salary & Benefits: Salary- £62,000 Car Allowance- £6,000 20% Bonus 25 Days Paid Holiday + Bank Holidays Additional Holiday Day for Birthday Bupa Health Cover• Pension matched up to 8% Death in Service (4 X Salary) Critical Illness (5 X Salary) iPhone & Laptop Responsibilities: Support the Financial Controller with internal and external reporting Ensure the financial policies and procedures are adhered to Internal management reporting and external statutory reporting Ensure month-end procedures and timelines are adhered to Be the primary lead for the external audit Assist on ad-hoc projects within the finance team Manage and complete plastic tax, PSA and P11D submissions Manage the process of monthly payroll • Constantly review processes and procedures Manage two direct reports Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant or finalist 3+ years in a similar role Advanced Excel skills, SAGE 200 or similar accounting software experience Commercially focused The ability to work under pressure and work in a very fast-paced environment
