The client can offer this role full time, or part time (4 days a week) or on a term time only basis.

Job Description

As a Senior Finance Manager you will:

  • Work with key budget holders and executive leaders to ensure accounting procedures are adhered to
  • Produce budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the trust's objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and optimise spending.
  • Drive team performance and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

  • An Accountancy Qualification (CIMA/ ACCA/ACA/CIPFA)
  • Produced budgets and forecasts previously
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication skills to present financial information to stakeholders.
