Job Description
As a Senior Finance Manager you will:
- Work with key budget holders and executive leaders to ensure accounting procedures are adhered to
- Produce budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the trust's objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and optimise spending.
- Drive team performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- An Accountancy Qualification (CIMA/ ACCA/ACA/CIPFA)
- Produced budgets and forecasts previously
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Strong communication skills to present financial information to stakeholders.
