Innovation is our passion, and IPsofters at all levels have the opportunity to be creative and to be challenged.Responsibilities• Developing user facing web app using ReactJS• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use• Translating figma/zeplin designs and into code• Optimising application for maximum performance• Working with distributed team• Receiving and providing feedback via PR reviews• 5+ years of professional software development experience.Skills• Excellent understanding of ES2020+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, React 16+• Excellent code understanding and debugging skills• Familiarity with GraphQL, Styled Components, Formik, Webpack, Vite2, Git• Familiarity with common algorithms and data structures• Familiarity with Git (Bitbucket), JIRA, Docker, Kubernetes• Comfortable with making technical and architectural decisions autonomously• Comfortable with understanding business requirements and finding gaps in them• Comfortable with PR reviewing, receiving feedback and filling bugs in JIRAIPsoft is a true meritocracy.
