The Products Fundraising team designs and delivers memorable fundraising products and activities that recruit thousands of participants, raise millions of pounds, and turn one-time participants in to lifetime supporters.

The Products Fundraising team is looking for a Senior Fundraising Officer to help us meet our ambitions. As a Senior Fundraising Officer, you will lead on the delivery of a portfolio of in person and virtual products that are designed and delivered by Mind.

Products include Move for Mind, Switch off, Game on, 2727, 100 Miles series, and The Mind Walk. You will manage end to end product design and delivery, ensuring product development is insight led and supporter centric.

You will manage one Fundraising Officer and take responsibility for their supervision and development. You will play a pivotal role in the Community & Events Fundraising team reaching and exceeding their target of circa £10.8 million NET income by 2024.

This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team)
