Job Description
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior GCP Quality Auditor. This role is an integral part of the growing global team, contributing to the development and enhancement of audit strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and managing audit activities in line with regulatory requirements and company policies. This role requires global travel for audits and relevant meetings.
This is a fully remote role to be home-based in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Independently plan, lead, conduct and report routine and non-routine audits according to the approved schedule and timelines.
- Produce audit reports and approve CAPA plans within internal timelines.
- Update the electronic audit quality systems as per relevant timelines.
- Organise and manage approximately 70% audit travel per year, following company policies.
- Conduct peer review of audit reports for both internal and external auditors.
- Collaborate with the Head of GQA and the audit team to enhance the audit quality management system, actively participating in process improvements including QMS documentation updates.
- Maintain current awareness of the regulatory and pharmaceutical industry environment, influencing internal Business Partners and stakeholders on best quality & compliance.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert / Point of Contact to provide expertise and knowledge to Business Partners on quality and compliance processes/procedures.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field.
- Lead auditor qualification/certification.
- Experience in conducting GCP audits.
- Knowledge of regulatory inspections related to GCP is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
