THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will actively support the team in a range of design projects, working to ensure consistency across all areas of the organisation’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the organization's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
- Design a range of marketing materials, including activations, out-of-home (OOH) advertisements, and comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Create event-specific materials such as signage, activations, and promotional items to elevate brand presence at various events.
- Design merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and other related products, adhering to brand guidelines and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external agencies to translate ideas and requirements into visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience.
THE PERSON:
- 5 years of proven experience as a Designer in either Agency (in-house/advertising) or the Entertainment industry.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with expertise in presentation design.
- Skilled in pitching creative ideas and effectively collaborating with team members to initiate projects.
- Exceptional teamwork skills and problem-solving abilities coupled with a can-do attitude.
- Highly creative individual with a keen eye for detail.
