Senior Graphic Designer

My client is a professional services company that is disrupting a traditional, old-fashioned market with its revolutionary technology platform. It is a chance to really make a name for yourself in a niche but fast-growing and incredibly profitable tech space. The company are on track to list within the next 3-5 years and the right candidate will almost certainly get a chance to participate in that and be part of that journey.
The Opportunity
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing design solutions to life that adhere to my client’s marketing strategies and business goals. The successful candidate must be comfortable making decisions, keen to work as part of a team, have an eye for detail and the confidence to see production through from start to finish.
The Job
- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Generating fresh concepts.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Liaising with Marketing team and other relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments.
The Skills
- A graphic design qualification or similar.
- A portfolio of design projects demonstrating skills working within corporate organisations e.g. Fintech, SAAS, Professional Services, Consumer Goods etc..
- Proven experience as a graphic designer.
- Expert at Adobe software.
- A keen eye for visual details.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Confident team player
The Package
Basic salary of up to £50,000pa plus excellent benefits including a free on-site gym and Bistro.
