THEOPPORTUNITY: SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for aSenior Graphic Designer to join one of our teams, either in Paris orLondon. Please note that remote or hybrid work requests will not beaccepted. 

Designing a wide range of content – from virtualassets to print-ready artwork – quickly, accurately and to tightdeadlines but always with flair will be at the heart of yourday-to-day activities. 

But this is also an opportunity toguide a small team of designers and shape SRO’s creative direction.

The position also offers an exceptional opportunity to workwithin the sports/automotive industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with different department managers to buildcomprehensive creative briefs.
  • Provide conceptual and visualdirection on branding, advertising and digital for severalchampionships promoted by the company.
  • Guide, mentor andmanage a small team of designers by providing them with clearresponsibilities and goals, while also maximising their creativepotential.

  • As a team player,you’ll also design content just like any other member of your team,from the basic stationary documents to full event promotionalcampaigns.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ yearsof working experience in a relevant professional environment.
  • Advanced to expert level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Previous people managementexperience is preferred.

KEY SKILLS

  • An eye for detail and desire for perfection are bothessential.
  • Awareness of the latest design trends.
  • Highly creative, pushing the boundaries of industry design.
  • Working under pressure and to tight deadlines daily.
  • A team player, flexible and keen to get involved in differenttasks, even the not-so-creative ones.
  • Perfect organisationaland communication skills.
  • Continually improve and demonstratebest practices to team members.
  • Open to feedback on the workproduced.
  • An interest in motorsports/sports industry creativetrends.
