Senior Graphic Designer
£37,000 - £42,000 per year
Must be a UK resident to work on-site at our West London-based studio.
Inspiral Design seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic branding and design consultancy. This pivotal role will place you at the centre of our creative process, shaping the visual identity of leading brands across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring seamless and high-quality delivery across all briefs, large-scale or small.
- Develop creative concepts and art direction, overseeing design work and final artwork for both digital and print formats.
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal creative teams, and external partners, such as freelancers and photographers, to bring ideas to life.
- Lead pitches and present creative strategies to senior stakeholders, offering innovative design solutions that meet client expectations and business objectives.
- Mentor and manage a team of talented designers, nurturing their professional growth while maintaining a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Play an integral role in new business development efforts, working alongside senior team members and agency partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive commercial experience in a design agency setting with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative solutions across branding, print, and digital design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to deliver production-ready artwork and designs for print and digital media.
- A keen eye for photography and image editing, with a proven ability to guide creative projects that require high visual standards.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring junior designers, with strong leadership skills fostering a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, confident in pitching ideas, responding to feedback, and articulating design rationale in client meetings.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining style guidelines to ensure brand consistency across diverse media.
- A collaborative spirit, eager to engage with team members in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and client presentations.
Preferred Skills / Bonus:
- Specialist knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and Arabic language skills is a plus.
- Familiarity with Arabic versions of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
