We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Graphic and Digital Design Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the website and design team and overseeing the development of creative assets and brand experiences across our diverse portfolio of brands.

What you will you need to be able to do the job?

Proven experience 6-8+ years in both graphic and digital design leadership roles, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment or agency setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing a track record of delivering impactful design solutions.

Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives and user needs into effective design strategies and solutions that drive brand differentiation and user engagement.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FIGMA), or similar, with expertise in both digital, web and print design.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, influence decision-making, and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Passion for design, creativity, and innovation, with a continuous learning mindset and a drive for excellence in staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Expertise in designing website pages through CMS platforms such as word press, Umbraco or Duda
