Job Description

The world will always be in need of more software. At agemo, we believe artificial intelligence has the potential to remove the barrier to entry to software creation. AI has changed what we create, it will also redefine how we create. This will require more than just plugging an LLM into a product.

If shaping the future of software and being at the forefront of this new technological wave sound exciting to you, come talk to us!

About the Role

As a Senior Growth M arketing Manager, you will champion Agemo’s platform within our target communities and users. This pivotal role demands a unique blend of technical prowess, community leadership, and a passion for AI and tech. Drawing from your knowledge of AI and software trends, along with your experience in building and engaging with communities, you will spearhead initiatives to engage and support our user base in their usage of our product, CodeWords*, evangelizing its adoption and impact.

As an early member of the team, you will be given autonomy and empowered to make decisions. This is a great opportunity to witness and measure the real impact of your work, while you may have felt like a “cog in a machine” working on trivial problems at other places.

In this role, you will

strategically develop and lead our community engagement efforts. Help identify our target audience(s) and foster an engaging environment through forums, social media, and direct interactions

craft compelling, technical content tailored to our target user's needs, including advanced tutorials, thought leadership articles, and comprehensive documentation

be an advocate for CodeWords* for our target community and be a listening ear to deliver insightful feedback to inform the product roadmap.

identify and cultivate partnerships within the tech ecosystem, enhancing our visibility and utility through collaborative projects and integrations

You might be a good fit if you have

demonstrated experience in creating, running and engaging communities through social channels (LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit…) with the creation of thought leadership content for the right target audience

exceptional communication skills, capable of inspiring our target audience and articulating complex concepts clearly

experience organizing and leading tech events, workshops, and hackathons, with a knack for building and nurturing tech communities

enjoy wearing multiple hats, are results-oriented and can move fast with competing deadlines and loosely defined priorities

We are more interested in what you’ve done before, rather than your years of experience so tell us about what you’re most proud of and don’t hesitate to apply even if you feel like you’re not ticking all the boxes!

About agemo

Our mission at agemo is to build an autonomous system capable of creating complex software from natural language inputs. To achieve that, we push the boundaries of the capabilities of AI systems and leverage classic engineering to build a framework that is reliable, deterministic, cost-effective and safe to deploy.

At agemo, we marry research and engineering to build novel technology with AI. We are a fun, scrappy and intense bunch with a huge chip on our shoulders.

We are backed by top tier VCs and angel investors from Google, DeepMind, Microsoft, founders of unicorns and public companies.

Where We Work

We work in a hybrid model where we meet in the office a few days a week on a flexible basis. We are currently hiring people who can physically be in London, but are also making exceptions.

How We Work

Beyond the collaborative, open and transparent culture we strive to foster, there are a few things we strongly value.

Speed and velocity are our unfair advantages . Moving fast and adapting does not mean delivering subpar work. Instead we focus on shipping and iterating on hypotheses as quickly as possible. Because done is better than perfect.

Teamwork and ownership define us. We are here to do the best work of our lives at an individual level. The team is here to foster creative tension, constructive feedback and disagreement. While we all set a high bar for ourselves, we support and learn from each other by keeping one another accountable in an ego-less and respectful way.

Solving customers problems, rather than building solutions . Researchers have a propensity to obsess over the solution. We are builders and innovators. We obsess over the customer and their problem, and find novel ways to solve it.

We embody both the prepared and beginner’s minds. Although what we have achieved so far has primed us for this moment and (for some) put us at the top of our field, we are humble to the fact that we may need to let go of some of our core beliefs and get back to becoming a student in thisrapidly evolving and uncertain field.

Work on hard and meaningful problems. You’d be working directly on shaping the future of software with AI.

Competitive base salary and meaningful equity. We want to make sure you have skin in the game.

Private WeWork office in brand new location in the City of London

25 days of holidays + national bank holidays. Ability to work remotely for a set period of time each quarter.

Equipment of your choice .

Monthly team events, quarterly hackathons, conferences... We are builders and hackers at heart. We want to create the environment and culture for passionate and ambitious people to learn, share and connect. This is the fertile ground where the best ideas are born from.
