<p></p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Senior Hand Therapist</b></p><p><b>Rowley Hall Hospital, Stafford </b></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Hand therapist, who is passionate about delivering excellent standards of care, to join our committed Physiotherapy Team at Rowley Hall Hospital.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Where youll be based:</span></b></p><p></p><p>Rowley Hall Hospital is one of Staffordshires leading private hospitals located in a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park, only five minutes from the centre of Stafford.</p><p></p><p><b>Duties Include</b></p><ul><li><p>To provide the highest standard of individualised patient care as part of the team</p></li><li><p>Demonstrating a more advanced knowledge/skills and clinical reasoning in the area of Hand Therapy</p></li><li><p>Assist in the triaging of patient referrals</p></li><li><p>Evidence of dealing with more complex cases within the OP case list</p></li><li><p>Provision of advice/support to more junior Hand Therapy colleagues on clinical practice issues.</p></li><li><p>Supporting other team members as necessary.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The successful candidate will have </b></p><ul><li><p>Degree or diploma in <span>Physiotherapy/Occupational</span> Therapy</p></li><li><p>Registered with the HCPC</p></li><li><p>Sound written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required</p></li><li><p>Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated Customer Service skills</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated Computer Skills</p></li><li><p>BAHT level 1 or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Evidence of static splinting experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Benefits include </b></p><ul><li><p>Competitive Rates</p></li><li><p>Contributory pension scheme</p></li><li><p>Access to the Ramsay Academy – genuine opportunities to grow, develop and specialise in your career</p></li><li><p>Free Parking</p></li><li><p>Subsidised restaurant</p></li><li><p>Access to our employee Discount Programme</p></li></ul><p></p><div><p><b>About Us</b></p><p></p><p>Ramsay Health Care UK is one of the leading providers of NHS and private patient services in England, with a network of over acute hospitals and treatment Centres.
