Job Description
- Projecting retiree medical costs using cost/enrolment data and providing advice on projected experience and valuation, accounting reporting and management of these liabilities
- Working with insurers on benefit design options for clients in the group medical and risk markets
- Analysing the performance of the portfolio with various insurers with respect to loss ratio, volumes and other profitability metrics
- Analyse large data and perform trend and benchmarking analysis
- Analysing the viability of group risk scheme and group medical scheme to insure benefits through a trust arrangement; providing clients with recommendations based on the analysis
- Project cashflow scenarios and simulations for Insurance and Reinsurance Funds (including Captives) and recommend optimal capital management strategies, including reinsurance limits
