Job Description

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, including INSET, Open Mornings, and occasional training days.

Salary: Up-to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per annum

We are seeking a Senior HR and Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team. As an integral role within the department you will oversee a high-quality recruitment office handling a wide range of appointments across both the College and the Junior School, ensuring adherence at all times to rigorous vetting and compliance checks.

The Senior HR and Recruitment Officer is responsible for all aspects of advertising, selection and onboarding of new staff and must be capable of operating with high levels of autonomy, whilst ensuring absolute attention to detail and adherence to compliance and confidentiality requirements. A keen eye for innovation alongside more efficient ways of working, whilst fulfilling safer recruitment standards is critical to success.
