Senior HR Business Partner (Foundation Charity)

Contract: Permanent, full time, 35 hours per week

Location: London-based with hybrid working - 2 days a week in the London office and 1 day a week in the Kings Hill office

Salary: Up to £55k per annum

Are you passionate about making a difference? We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join Charities Aid Foundation and help align our HR strategies with our mission.

The key purpose of this role is to provide pro-active, expert specialist HR business partner services to leaders, managers and employees across the entire employee lifecycle and to deliver effective support in the key areas of Attraction, Resourcing and Retention; HR Operations; Reward and Recognition; and Learning and Development.

What you’ll do

  1. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement impactful HR strategies.
  2. Support managers in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  3. Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent aligned with our values.
  4. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organisation.
  5. Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
  6. Analyse HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve effectiveness.
  7. Ensure compliance with labour laws and sponsorship license requirements.

Who you’ll be

This role is for you if you have experience of working within HR or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society.

We are looking for:

  • Broad and extensive industry experience as a Senior HRBP or similar role, ideally in the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong up to date knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Coaching and training skills.
