Your new company: Working for one of London's most reputable law firms, with over 7,000 headcount globally.
Your new role: This role is aligned to a client group of 300, working with 2 partners on all their people plans from early careers support through to partner leadership development. You will be a part of the wider HR team of 30 headcount with support from a robust and experienced centre of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Work with and support centre of excellence to ensure delivery of HR agenda with client group, specialising in financial services law.
- Initiate and support People change and transformation.
- Support senior leaders to attract, retain and develop talent, through talent acquisition and talent management plans.
- Build out diverse talent pipelines, working with centre of excellences, ensuring ED&I is at the heart of everything.
- Collaborate with HR team and wider EMEA regions.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be an experienced HR business partner, who's current stakeholders are partner/director level within a legal or wider professional services firm.
- Your level of communication will be excellent, within all verbal, written and presentation.
- Ability to build fast, but lasting relationships with your colleagues, internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Commercially aware, have the ability and track record to showcase cost saved vs ROI through the design and implementation of your people plans.
- Understanding and experience of working within a professional services firm within the past years.
- Background of seeing through multiple HR calendars within a firm with length of tenure.
