Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose

The Senior HR Co-ordinator will play a key role within Oceaneering's HR Shared Services organisation, the Employee Solutions Centre, and will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery by coordinating and supporting various HR processes covering the full spectrum of the employee life cycle.

Functions

• Provide first line generalist HR support and administration to queries from a wide range of stakeholders via Oceaneering's case management system, PeopleDoc's, and HR mailbox

• Responsible for leading the end-to-end coordination of HR processes, including job postings, onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, absence management, benefit administration, and any other employee life-cycle activity

• Process and maintain documentation in relation to right to work checks, family friendly policies, flexible working, and employee medicals

• Co-ordinate and deliver Company inductions for new starts

• Subject matter expert and focal point for training new team members

• Drive efficiency, productivity, and quality of the Employee Solutions Centre by understanding operational priorities, and assigning and balancing workload amongst the team

• Optimise service delivery through the development and administration of Service Level Agreements, standard operating procedures, case management technology and data analytics

• Provide guidance and support to team members in handling HR enquiries and transactions

• Act as a point of escalation for complex HR transactional enquiries

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Adopt a continuous improvement mindset

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery

• Assist with any other duties as and when required.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree, or CIPD qualification
