Job Description
We are working with an elite global law firm who are recruiting an experienced Regulatory solicitor to join their In-House team in Belfast.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join the company's Regulation & Conduct team to advise on legal and regulatory compliance issues within the firm. The Regulation and Conduct team work on a broad range of compliance issues and design and implement the company's internal policies, systems and procedures. As an In-House regulatory lawyer, you will be an integral part of the firm, providing tailored, informed and business-focused advice on a range of regulatory and conduct related issues.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified solicitor in NI and/or England and Wales (5+ PQE)
- Experience working in a regulatory role
- Strong technical knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical research skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a collegiate team
- Experience providing training and comfortable making presentations
