WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand their global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans.
- Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent within the technology sector.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and their global teams.
- Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven track record of winning business and lead generation
- Experience in contract recruitment across either cloud, data, software, cyber or product markets
- Strong understanding of the technology sector and its talent landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
