WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand their global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans.
  • Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent within the technology sector.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and their global teams.
  • Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Proven track record of winning business and lead generation
  • Experience in contract recruitment across either cloud, data, software, cyber or product markets
  • Strong understanding of the technology sector and its talent landscape.
