Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

- You will be the sole IT Support Engineer in the business so it will be your responsibility to prioritise tasks accordingly and to manage employee expectations.
- Managing the companies Microsoft Infrastructure including O365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune and more
- A good understanding on networking principles and security.
- Able to communicate effectively with employees with different technical abilities.
- Search for improvement on the current infrastructure and complete regular updates.
Skills Required:
- Experience with Microsoft stack, including Azure, O365, Active Directory, Intune.
- Mobile Device Management experience - including Apple and Windows devices.
- Experience managing physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure.
- At least 3 years in an IT Support role dealing with 1st and 2nd line queries.
