Position: Functional Architect (Insurance - SME)Senior Insurance Health Functional Architect (Small and Medium sized Enterprises - SME).Responsibilities:1. Insurance and Health Insurance experience- mandatory- Understanding of SME health insurance processes, capabilities, ways of working, operations, value chain – mandatory- In-depth understanding of the UK Insurance and Health Insurance market – future trends- Scope and shape activities for the project, working with business and technical teams to understand business needs and how they can be designed and developed practically- Work closely with Business Stakeholders to ensure decisions made in timely manner, challenge where necessary- Ability to work with Digital teams - mandatory• Business and IT Architecture experience - mandatory• Solution design oversight - mandatory1. Excellent written and oral communication - mandatory2. Facilitation skills and able to plan and conduct workshops - mandatory3. Good Senior Stakeholder Management - mandatory4. Self-starter, proactive, independently work and be responsible - mandatory5. Knowledge of Agile. Scrum and Kanban, Jira and confluence, concept of role of Domain Architect in an Agile project - preferable6. A team player - mandatory7. Ability to quickly understand the Business issues and requirement and develop solutions - mandatory8. Excellent presentation skills/ visual representations 9.
