Intellectual Property Solicitor / Associate - 5 + PQE
An exceptional, rare opportunity for a Senior Intellectual Property Solicitor / Associate to join this award winning, Legal 500 firm practice in Suffolk
This commercially minded, award winning Legal 500 law firm have a reputation nationally and internationally for the work that they do across a wide range of disciplines. They are well-known and have been practicing and providing professional advice for decades across the East Anglia region.
They provide specialist advice and expertise across all areas of law, and pride themselves on their pragmatic and straightforward approach. They have a broad range of clients that they act for including private individuals all the way up to multi-million pound organisations.
They are market leaders and extremely successful, and much of the work that they deal with is high net worth and complex on a national and international scale. Many of their lawyer's have come from City firm backgrounds and are leaders in their field.
The firm pride themselves in their friendly and collaborative approach, and support each other by sharing and developing knowledge. Due to this they hold strong client relationships and are frequently being recommended by satisfied clients.
Due to their success, they are on the lookout for an experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor / Associate to join their team of experts.
You will need to be at least five years PQE up to a more senior level with strong exposure to non - contentious intellectual property work with a reputable regional or city firm.
The work is varied and will consist of matters to include trademarks, design rights, copy right and patents. The work will be high net worth and complex and you will be advising a variety of clients.
As this is a senior position you will need to have supervisory and managerial experience, and will be required to assist and help grow the more junior lawyers in the team. You will be someone that is commercially minded and is happy to get involved in business development and marketing activities to help further drive the department forward.
You will be working alongside some of the best, most reputable lawyers in the region for Intellectual Property law. You will be working alongside a cohesive and supportive team; this is not an opportunity to miss out on! People willing to relocate to the area will also be considered.
