They work with large international enterprises on complex PR and Communications campaigns and events for both internal and external audiences.

They have created impactful and educational campaigns that not only leave an imprint, but their campaigns have also helped to save lives.

This agency is also proud to grow organically, they receive a lot of recommendations and inbound requests, so they do not focus on business development and purely on campaign delivery.

The role: I am seeking a Senior Internal communications manager to work with several clients on creating compelling and impactful Internal Communications plans.

You will be comfortable working with Senior stakeholders and management and able to create a narrative that resonates at all levels of a business.

You will have navigated cultural, political, and practical challenges and be able to demonstrate a portfolio of successful campaigns you have developed and executed for internal audiences.

Key responsibilities:
* Design internal communications campaigns that focus on telling a story and getting across key messages to influence in internal audiences.
* You have experience working on end to end campaign delviery placing an emphasis on performance and behaviour change
* Develop engaging content that provides a consistent, targeted, and impactful message
* Collaborate with wider internal and external clients to better create, develop strategic communication plans designed to meet business goals
* Liaise with internal teams such as; graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production and video post-production to manage asset creation from brief, creative to execution
* Contribute ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative techniques to ensure that campaigns are creative and drive engagement
* Identify and present opportunities for consistency in messaging and customer experience across communications channels Key requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience in significant communication roles with some experience in a pure internal communications
* You will be experienced in working in a technical or highly regulated role with a preference on pharma or medical and ideally coming with some agency experience
* Experience working complex organisations with large international teams
* Demonstrate strategic communications thinking with examples of designing campaigns and initiatives with measurable impact and creative execution
* Hands-on experience of multiple media, events, cascade mechanisms and interactive audience techniques on major topics of conversation for your organisation
