This is an 18-month fixed term contract to support an organisation wide process mapping project.
ASK4 is growing, expanding our services, and reaching new territories, and we are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to help us reach our ambitious goals. Thanks to new investment we are recruiting to help support the company’s growth as well as maintain the high level of service that ASK4 is renowned for.
To oversee the delivery of typically waterfall projects related to internal systems, new products and services and processes throughout the business. This role involves managing senior stakeholders throughout the business who are heading up complex workstreams, ensuring they stay on track and deliver according to the needs of the projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Directly manage the execution of complex cross departmental internal projects.
- Manage the delivery of major Enterprise Projects through the Internal Programme process.
- Coordinate external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Facilitate and collaborate with Procurements to support the running of RFP/RFT processes for new software into the business.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined budgets and provide up to date financial reporting through the project life cycle.
- Identify, assess and prioritise project risks, maintain and report on a risk and issues log.
- Build project schedules, risk register and communication plans to effectively manage project stakeholders.
- Create and maintain stakeholder maps using the RACI (or similar) model.
- Drive continuous improvements in the organization’s project management methods and process.
- Ensure project deliverable are fit for purpose (quality assurance) to meet the need originally defined in business cases.
- Ensure variation control processes are in place and adhered to, ensuring project scope creep is limited.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of:
- Technical proficiency in understanding IT or Internet environments
- Strong Waterfall Project Management experience
- Data analytic skills, strong financial acumen and risk management skills
- A skilled problem solver able to manage multiple stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities.
- Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Microsoft Project and Excel to an advanced level
- Ability to build rapport and build effective cross departmental relationships
- Experience in the implementation of complex internal systems.
