Role: Senior Internal Recruiter/Internal Recruitment Manager
Based: City of London/Remote Working
Salary: Basic up to £55,000 + Uncapped Bonus plan and excellent employee benefits
My European-focused IT Recruitment client has weathered the storm over the past 12 months and has seen their IT Contract book grow 40% since August 2020 and they have plans to grow in 2021 and they want to hire experienced IT Recruiters who can make a quicker impact. To make this happen they have asked me to assist them in hiring in an experienced Senior/Lead Internal Recruiter who has worked for an IT Recruitment agency and has focused on hiring experienced IT Recruitment staff, preferably into European Markets.
They expect the successful person to focus in a standalone capacity for the first 3 - 4 months and then hire someone beneath them to assist on more trainee and academy level hires.
You will have complete ownership of how you attract people and advertise positions within the organization.
You will be responsible for overseeing the hiring of IT Recruiters in the following areas: -
- London Hiring ( 80%)
- Germany Hiring ( 20%)
- Plus the odd management and back-office/ Support / Candidate care role here and there.
