An opportunity is available with a #1 food brand who are at the forefront of both the UK and International markets. The business sustains year-on-year growth and continues to invest in innovation with their entrepreneurial and value-driven style. Even with global challenges, the brand is moving into an exciting period with a first-class innovation pipeline for its international business and is now seeking a proven senior commercial operator with international experience.
Senior International Account Manager
Benelux / APAC + other markets
Good access to Berks / Bucks
£negotiable + Bonus
Reporting into the International Lead and using your international experience, you will lead the growth agenda across a strong European portfolio in addition to a big focus on the APAC market whilst building excellent relationships and customer plans that align with their own ambitions. With one direct report (Intl Account Exec), working closely with distribution partners, you will quickly understand and develop key areas of focus across their retailers, shoppers, trends, opportunities and challenges.
Minimum Requirements:
- International channel development experience working for a high performing UK FMCG brand
- Leadership and people management skills
- Experience of brand growth and developing a team of dynamic and driven individuals
- Be inquisitive and curious with new international opportunities
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind-set who can work under pressure
- Must be cross-culturally aware when working with different regions
- Must have good access to the Berks / Bucks region 2 days p/wk
- People management experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Degree educated
