Senior International Property Underwriter Job In London

We are working with an innovative and growing syndicate who are looking to replicate the achievements that have been made on their US Property D&F portfolio by hiring an experienced International Property Underwriter (D&F) to build out a portfolio. You will inherit a small existing portfolio, but in addition to this you work closely with the Head of Property to execute a business plan, targeting new business opportunities within the London market. You will be given all of the tools and actuarial support to help grow this book as well as headcount approval to hire a junior underwriter.

We are seeking an ambitious individual who will take a positive and pro-active approach to ensuring the profitable growth. As part of this role you will be the main focal point for brokers and clients which will include some travel.

This is an ideal role for an experienced International D&F Senior underwriter with ambitions of being a underwriting manager but unable to move upwards within their current team or an existing Class Manager who is seeking the challenge of building a portfolio and working in an innovative environment.
