We are looking for a UK qualified IP Litigation Solicitor with a strong track record of litigating patents at Senior Associate level to join our busy and growing legal team. The right candidate would join our vibrant firm of 10 IP specialist solicitors and 80+ attorneys, paralegals, and trainees across our offices in the UK (Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds and London) and Munich. The work level from our existing clients is increasing substantially and the successful applicant can expect the work to be high profile and cutting-edge, in a friendly and collaborative environment.
Ideally you will be:
7-10 years post qualified
Real experience of IP litigation – with a strong focus on patents
Commercially minded, self-motivated and client-focused
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills combined with an eye for detail
Capable of working as part of the team and experience of managing more junior team members
Experience of non-contentious IP would be an added advantage (but not a requirement)
Intellectually strong with relevant private practice or in-house experience
