Job Description

* Solid background in designing and managing business change programmes* Experience of delivering communications, training programmes and change projects* Experience of developing change capability* Experience of Process Improvement* Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills* Experience of undertaking Training needs analysis, managing and coordinating training* Change and Risk Management experience* Business Analysis experience* Experience at working both independently and in a multi-disciplinary-team collaborative environment* Well-developed influencing skills, strength of character, tenacity and cultural sensitivity to be persuasive and effective* Strong client-facing and teamwork skills* Solid organisational skills, including prioritisation, multitasking and time-management* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder groups* Experience in a complex and fast- moving environment* Flexible and autonomous approach to work* Problem solving skills* Educated to Degree level in a relevant technical subject (or equivalent industry experience)* Working knowledge of PROSCI I ADKAR Change Management methods an advantage* Drive change through pragmatic and effective initiatives and interventions* Design and manage business change programmes* Develop change capability* Develop communication strategies and approaches* Undertake training needs analysis, training management and coordination* Contribute to Brand and Identity development* Work closely with our business, IT stakeholders and delivery partners to understand business requirements and drive the development of high-quality technical solutions* Contribute to solution design, identifying innovative solutions to meet business requirements* Collaborate with specific teams and external parties to ensure solutions are fully aligned to business requirements* Support the business to be ready to accept the change, utilise new capability, and ensure the change is embedded within our organisation* Identify potential user adoption risks and anticipate points of resistance developing specific plans to mitigate or address* Create and manage measurement systems to track the adoption of individual changes to help confirm if benefits are being realised* Works with project teams to integrate training and adoption activities into the overall project plan* Authors and presents training materials, FAQ's, user guides etc. to facilitate end user adoption and operational support* Delivers face to face user education & awareness activities such as roadshows, workshops, classroom and virtual training, one to ones, floor walking etc.**Senior IT Business Change Lead - London - Ref 1237**Tuesday 4th of May 2021 An excellent opportunity has arisen for a **Senior** **IT** **Business** **Change** **Lead** to join us on a **contract** basis in **London**.
