Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer with strong 2nd and 3rd line support experience to join our growing team. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Providing 2nd and 3rd line support to clients, including troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues across multiple systems and platforms
Escalating and coordinating with other internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues in a timely manner
Maintaining and improving system performance and availability, implementing security best practices, and documenting solutions and procedures
Mentoring and training junior team members to improve overall team capabilities
Continuously monitoring and improving support processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in 2nd and 3rd line technical support roles, preferably in a customer-facing environment
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking technologies and protocols, and virtualization technologies
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
