Senior IT Support Engineer
£35,000-£42,000
Liverpool (Hybrid- 3 days at home, 2 days in office)
My well established, award-winning Managed Service Provider client in Liverpool have now taken on some new exciting contracts and clients. Are you looking for a new varied role, where no two days will ever be the same? Where you will feel both valued and appreciated?
They are now going to market looking for their newest recruit to join their IT Support team. They are looking for a confident engineer, a self- driven professional with excellent customer service skills, with a passion and strong ability to provide an unmatched customer experience, to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will require providing 2nd and 3rd line support on a hybrid basis.

Strong Microsoft Knowledge: Office365, SharePoint and Exchange
Windows Server
Azure and On Prem knowledge
Active Directory + Group Policy
Firewalls experience
VMware, HyperV or Citrix
Backups - VEEAM
Networking- Switcher and Router configuration
LAN/WAN, DHCP/DNS
Mac and iOS
You will also need a full UK driving license for this position, for onsite support visits across Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
