Role: Senior IT Support Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
We are currently partnering with a highly reputable IT services company, who is in search of a talented Senior IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead in managing and optimising all IT processes, while also providing top-notch customer service and support to clients. You will have the chance to work on exciting project assignments that require your strong technical prowess and attention to detail and ensure that they are completed to the highest standards possible. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced IT professional with a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional support and service to customers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the following:
* Strong IT support experience
* Proficiency in Office 365
* Windows support and troubleshooting expertise
* Hardware and software support experience
* Software installation experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to train customers in new technologies and systems
