Role: Senior IT Technician
Location: Hampshire (Roaming)
This role will involve travel to and from different sites across Hampshire and Wiltshire.

This role will help mentor and develop the current on-site technicians and technical account managers. You will bring a level of technical ability and be able to resolve escalations when necessary whilst maintaining reliable services for the clients.
Our client is offering the successful IT Technician a salary of up to £35,000. With a scope of up to £40,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Ensure the IT infrastructure is operating smoothly
- Provide technical assistance
- Maintain and create documentation
- Oversee implementation of new software and hardware
- Review tickets
- Work to resolve issues raised by on-site technicians
- Experience working with: Microsoft OS, 365, Virtulisation, Networking, Active Directory, Troubleshooting
Experience in an educational setting would be highly desired.
The suitable applicant should be comfortable with travel across different sites (expenses covered).
