The Role
We are seeking a Senior IT Technician for a company with a rapidly growing reputation in their field. The Senior IT Technician should have experience in Microsoft environment support for servers and desktops, be adept in Active Directory, and have experience working in an ITIL environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations and leading junior technicians.

What We Require
The ideal candidate should have some or all of the following:
Substantial experience in supporting Microsoft environments with Servers and Desktops
Strong understanding of Active Directory and experience working in an ITIL environment
Advantageous to have experience working in a school environment
