Here at YF we are partnering with a plant based brand who are building a movement, a positive change for the industry and the planet, looking to grow their foodservice and OOH channel with a passionate UK senior KAM.
What you’ll be doing;
- Be the driving force behind the brand’s success in the Foodservice/OOH channel.
- Work alongside the Head of Sales UK & Head of Foodservice (FR) to develop the channel, in line with the overall UK market strategy.
- Take ownership of existing key accounts within the Foodservice/OOH & gain new business across their portfolio of SKU’s.
- Nurture existing business, and work collaboratively with our customers to unlock new opportunities together.
- Work cross-functionally & collaboratively with Marketing, Supply, Technical and Finance.
- Leading and implementing joint business plans with their customers.
- Build and execute the Customer activation plans in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
- Share best practices with the Head of Sales to boost both food service & retail business.
What we’re looking for:
- Has minimum 3 years of experience as KAM managing food service/OOH/Wholesale customers.
- Experience across foodservice, wholesale and OOH.
- Has excellent communication and customer management skills.
- Possess good financial acumen, and have experience managing JBP’s and terms negotiations.
- Existing experience within HORECA, having built those relationships in previous roles.
- Has the outstanding ability to build strong relationships with big key accounts and RTMs - but is also willing to support smaller accounts.
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, enjoys working to pace.
- Is highly organised and structured.
- Is super passionate about food and plant-based meat!
