Job Title: Senior/ Lead Python Developer
Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Technical Development team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic problem solver with a passion for software engineering and excellent technical skills. You will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying and supporting software solutions in line with the organisation's requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software solutions in line with the organisation's requirements and industry best practices
Lead a team of software engineers in developing, testing and deploying software solutions
Analyse customer requirements and develop software solutions to meet their needs
Monitor system performance and implement performance improvements
Troubleshoot software issues and develop solutions to fix them
Work closely with other teams to ensure successful implementation of software solutions
Identify and implement new technologies that can improve system performance
Contribute in Project Reviews
