Your Role and What You'll Be DoingWe are looking for a dynamic and efficient individual to join our National Family team as a Senior Administrator. Our support team are required to work in a fast-paced environment, with conflicting priorities and it is crucial that we maintain exceptional levels of service for our clients and our colleagues throughout. This role is to provide that consistency. It will involve varied administrative responsibilities working within a large team so the ability to organise your time effectively and prioritise workload are essential. We are looking for an individual to work across the whole of the national team, adapting to ever-changing business demands. Delivering exceptional client service is at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for a solution-focused individual who can deliver for our clients and colleagues.Seamlessly onboarding new clients and ensuring compliance obligations are metCoordinating the billing process from beginning to endLiaising with clients and third parties including the court, barristers and experts to support on client casesManaging fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements, preparing agendas and minute takingSupporting with the preparation of court documents, court forms and bundlesEnsuring client files are accurate and well-kept and all necessary compliance action is undertaken promptlyAttending internal meetings to represent the support team and assist with meetings, events and business development activityProvide support for project work and support the National Family team in progressing activities which align to our goalsAbout YouWe are looking for an individual who thrives from working collaboratively, as this role will require a commitment to working a minimum of 3 days from one of the following cosmopolitan offices – Leeds, Sheffield or Manchester, with the option to work from home 2 days a week.
