Manchester City Centre The City Recruiter are representing a reputable law firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, specialising in various areas of law. With a strong commitment to client service and a dynamic team of legal professionals, they provide high-quality legal advice and support to our clients. We are looking for enthusiastic legal assistants to join our departments in: Housing Disrepair Car Loans/PCP Data Breach Pensions Push Payment Fraud This role will involve taking new instructions on cases and handling that case through the pre-litigation process until it is ready for an offer to be made. Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided. Drafting letters of claim, reviewing expert reports and quantum. -Reviewing and analysing various records including those from surveyors and local councils. -Preparing, proofreading, and editing legal documents. -Responding to incoming telephone calls and email correspondence in line with the firm’s time scales -Researching and compiling information that helps build a case. -Conducting legal research and interpreting the law and court rulings. -Performing legal administration as requested.
