Role Overview: As an Employment Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employment law team on a wide range of matters. Post-Termination Restrictive Covenants: You will provide advice and assistance on matters related to restrictive covenants and breaches of confidentiality, helping our clients protect their business interests. Discrimination Issues: Assist in advising clients on discrimination claims, offering support in navigating these sensitive and often complex cases. Employment Tribunal Claims: Get hands-on experience with Employment Tribunal claims, including those involving discrimination and unfair dismissal, where your work will directly impact case outcomes. Wrongful Dismissal Claims: Support clients in pursuing or defending wrongful dismissal claims, both before the Employment Tribunal and in civil courts. Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn an additional bonus of up to £12,000 per annum based on billings.
