As an integral part of the Global Legal Department, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support to our business units and management. Your focus will revolve around sales partner business and channel sales law, contributing significantly to our growth within a stable and promising industry setting.

Tasks:


  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of legal issues, independently develop and assess complex matters, and present suitable solutions, with specific emphasis on partner business and channel sales law.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts for product, service, and software sales through diverse sales channels, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations, with a primary emphasis on the English language.
  • Represent the company in both internal and external legal matters, including negotiations with sales partners.
  • Offer guidance to business units and management on legal intricacies associated with sales through partners.
  • Manage and coordinate disputes, legal proceedings, and arbitration, collaborating with external legal experts and internal specialized departments.
  • Conduct employee training sessions on legal matters, focusing on aspects related to partner business and indirect sales.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated experience advising corporations, ideally as an in-house counsel in an international corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in negotiating sales partner contracts, coupled with a strong grasp of legal intricacies in channel sales, including reviewing and negotiating agreements with wholesalers, and providing guidance on competition law matters.
  • Display an independent work approach, an entrepreneurial mindset, and flexibility in problem-solving.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English.
